1 bedroom available in Culver, OR with a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with backyard for $700 (+ electric and water split). The house is on a quarter acre and fully landscaped. I have one golden retriever and the house is fully furnished besides the available bedroom. Street or driveway parking for tenant at no cost. Pets are welcome but additional rent is required($100). Deposit of 1400 once signed. I am currently using the room as my office hence the computer and filing cabinet
