Room for rent located near MTSU

[REDACTED] located right by MTSU and are looking for someone to add to the lease to occupy the 2nd room. There is a 3rd room available as well, it can be ready by April 1st if interested! There is a full bath down the hall from the 2nd room which is not shared unless that 3rd room becomes occupied. This house is plenty spacious and all common areas are fully furnished. Unfortunately no pets allowed given we have one well-trained dog, two cats, and two bunnies. The bunnies are kept in their own enclosure and do not roam. Animas kept in small enclosures like lizards, fish, hamsters, etc. would be acceptable. There is no down payment necessary, it’s a lovely home, and smoke free. We look forward to meeting you!
