Easily walkable to Boonton Main Street and NJ Transit line direct to Hoboken and easy access to 287 for commutes. Pre-furnished with available space if you are bringing your own furniture. I am a 32yo man, clean and organized, engineering professional looking for 2 roommates to share condo. Generally relaxed and quiet but ok with the occasional event or gathering! This is an application to be on the lease with me, all approvals will need to be finalized by the landlord and you must be able to pass a standard credit/background check: - No pets are allowed.
