I have a room for rent with it’s own bathroom in my 2 bed 2 bath condo in Cambridge Court located just south of the medical center. It can come furnished or I can move the furniture into storage if you have your own. The listed price includes all utilities and wifi. There is uncovered parking, an in-unit washer and dryer, easy access to public transportation, and several pools and a hot tub in the complex. I have a cat and would be open to another one. The rest of the unit is furnished I’m a 27 year old male working in a research lab in the medical center. [REDACTED] sports, and watching movies or sports. Mainly looking for someone that is somewhat clean, respectful, and pays rent on time! I tend to get along with everyone and have never had a bad roommate experience.
