Management Co is Galvin and Gardner and you would need to meet their qualifications. Qualifications-- 2x rent income, credit score over 600, no pets (already have pet on lease), no prior record or evictions. Available-- May 1st
Lease-- 4 months minimum (new lease Sept 1)
Rent -- 750
Deposit-- 700
Utilities, Trash, and wifi -- shared
Must be okay with a Cat
