Hii! My name is Nicole, I'm 33 years old and looking for a roommate (girls only) to rent out my second bedroom starting July 1st.
I'm located in a gated community in Clearwater, about 12 minutes from Honeymoon Island Beach, with malls and grocery stores nearby. The room is fully furnished and comes with your own private bathroom. Rent is $1,200/month and includes all utilities, plus access to all amenities.
Amenities include a pool, hot tub, gym, yoga room, BBQ areas, clubhouse, screened-in porch, and an in-unit washer & dryer.
A little about me-I'm clean, easygoing, and pretty low-key. I keep to myself most of the time but also enjoy going out, trying new things, beach days, reality TV, Netflix nights, or just staying in. I'd love to be friends with my roommate as well!
