Looking a female roommate

Hello! My two roommates and I are looking for somebody to take my spot as soon as April 1st. Some basic info; We are on the 3rd floor, they are both 25 yrs old, they have three cats and a very well behaved medium sized dog. They would be looking for another female or nonbinary person, someone in their 20s-early 30s, and no pets since there is already four. The share of rent is $800 plus electric and internet.
