The room I’m renting has a large dresser. I mentioned the community pool; you’ll get a designated parking spot and there are guest spots. I work part -time at Home Depot seeking another working roommate male or female No couples No pets sorry!!!NO SMOKERS!!! I do have a washer dryer in the unit. The town house is waking distance to I HOP; grocery store deli; Bank Family Dollar Tree. I will need your information for the HOA. You’ll get a parking sticker. I’m a quiet person.
