I have a room to rent in my 2 bedroom apartment in the Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch area. It comes with a private bathroom, washer and dryer, kitchen and living space. There is a pool and gym in the community. I am a professional that works in Tampa during the week. I do have 2 cats so if you are allergic it will not work out for you.
