Looking for room/roommate

Moving to the Chicago area in late march/early April. 35 years old, busy professional who works full time and am starting a business on the side so I wont be home too much. I am clean and respectful and value open communication and good vibes. I will have my 2 year old son with me 2-3 nights a week, he is very sweet and well behaved and his toys will stay in my room.
