Beautiful, sunny, spacious 2 bdr loft apartment available to sublet from May 1st- August 1st in Silverlake. It’s an absolutely dream apartment with tons of sunlight, amazing views of the Hollywood hills, a huge loft style living room and kitchen area and a rooftop with stunning 360 views and sunsets. It’s very special and peaceful. All the amenities you need: in building elevator, washer and dryer, dishwasher, central AC + heat, parking, bathtub- and also additional amenities if you need like humidifier, air purifier, blow dryer, electric tea kettle, rice cooker, and other kitchen amenities. Walking distance to sunset boulevard. Please note, I need someone who can stay the full term- Ideal for two responsible roommates or a couple looking for a peaceful and sunny home base in Silver Lake. It is technically a 3-bedroom apartment, but one bedroom will be locked for storage, which is why the rent is discounted. The deposit is *not* to be used for last month’s rent.
