Hey everyone! I’m a 29 year old female looking for room in Long Beach, CA. My budget is around $800–$1k/month. I'm looking for a month to month individual lease for a room in a house with other girls in their late 20s. A shared lease or sublease is also okay. My vibe: friendly, grounded, and playful.
