Hi! My name is Akhil and I’m a Sacramento State student entering my final year studying Computer Science. I also work part-time on campus, so I have a stable schedule and reliable income. I’m a quiet and respectful person who values a clean and peaceful living environment. Most of my time is spent working, studying, or on campus, so I’m pretty low-key at home. I don’t smoke and I’m not a party person I’m mainly looking for a comfortable place to focus on finishing my degree. Ideally I’m looking for a room around $600–$650 per month, preferably within biking distance of Sac State, but I’m open to nearby areas if it’s a good fit. I’m responsible with rent, respectful.
