Private Room Opening April 1st, 2026. Comes with closet, ceiling fan, window to lovely view, lots of hallway/garage storage space, and a shared bathroom. We have a kitchen, large furnished living room, a patio, and a shared parking garage spot (lots of easy street parking too). Very safe neighborhood filled with lush greenery, a park, and a public pool. In-house laundry. Less than 10 minute drive to Disneyland and CSUF. We are currently two couples living here, best friends, who will occasionally catch up after work. Late 20s/early 30s group. We have 2 cats and a large senior doggy. We are LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly. But, there is no smoking of any kind in the house. We have a private patio out front.
