Everyone is on their own lease so you are NOT responsible for anyone else. Looking for someone to take over 4/1/2026 or sooner if possible. March is paid in full and April rent partial covered already. Rent: $999 and this price includes water, trash and WiFi In-unit laundry Utilities: $20-30 a month Parking is available if needed!
