Hello! I’m a 39-year-old professional with a 5-year-old Goldendoodle looking for someone to share my two-bedroom, two-bath apartment. I’m clean, respectful, and fairly quiet, and I’m hoping to find someone with a similar lifestyle.
In my free time I enjoy hiking, skiing, paddleboarding, going to concerts, traveling, and wine tasting.
The apartment is a second-floor corner unit and the largest in the building. It has a big open living room and kitchen area with tall ceilings and large windows that offer a nice view. The unit is located next to the stairwell, making it easy to get in and out of the building without having to climb a lot of stairs.
I don’t have a preference for male or female roommates, just looking for someone who is easygoing, clean, and respectful. Prefer not to have another animal but open to a smaller dog.
