Hey, I’m 32 and currently looking for a room in Grand Junction. I recently lost my fiancée after being her caregiver, so I’m in the process of getting back into work. My family is helping me financially while I get on my feet, and I can provide deposit/upfront rent. I’m clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces.
