Private Room for Rent in Newly Remodeled Victorian Home (Women Only Household - All Utilities included) - $695 Available April 1st - Month-to-month lease (with 2 full calendar months notice required to vacate) If you're a minimalist 🌿 and an introvert ✌️🕊 this set up is perfect for you! Feels like a private apartment (with your own fridge/microwave, keyed bedroom door and other furnishings if you like!) Roomies🥰: You will be sharing a level with 2 ladies in their 20's one is a software engineer and the other is a legal operations specialist. Both roommates are very quiet, considerate, kind, responsible and clean. I'm very blessed to have them here! -I’m a laid-back, adventurous 🌲🌿🦅🚗 and hard-working single lady (also in her 20's) who purchased this home within the last year, living separately on the main level (I use a separate entrance and my living area is closed off so you will almost never see me or hear me). Main level areas except for the entryway will not be accessible to roomies. Upstairs will rarely be accessed by homeowner mainly to clean and restock a few items periodically. 🏡 Home & Amenities:
-No need to do laundry! Laundry service included 🧺
-No need to do dishes! 🍽 Disposable/compostable dishes (plates, bowls, cups, silverware) provided (No kitchen sink is available on the second floor, you must be comfortable with this) -Extras provided by homeowner: Toilet paper, soap, hamper, furnishings available upon request!
-Quiet living environment 🎧 📜 Some Rental Terms:
-Women-only household and female guests allowed only for safety and to maintain a peaceful 🕊 environment (see Murphy's Law) -Every tenant and any guests must have a background check performed
-Security deposit: 1 month’s rent
-Renter’s insurance required
-Some types of quiet, non destructive pets are allowed -Plentiful street parking is available
