Looking for someone to take over my lease (March-August) at Campus [REDACTED] in a 3x3 with two other guys, both engineering students. Rent is $700/month + utilities + a monthly $13.95 charge. Furniture shown in the images is included with the apartment. Internet and Parking are covered in rent, electric and water are separate monthly charges. We have no pets, but the complex allows it given that you pay a fee. The apartment has a small outdoor basketball court, gym, and pool with lazy river.
