Neighborhood: Tons of cafes, coffee shops, bars, gyms, and big supermarkets nearby, including a Whole Foods about 3 blocks away.
McCarren, Cooper, and McGoldrick Parks are about 5–10 minutes walking distance. 2 different laundromats are about 3 blocks away. Looking for a clean, responsible tenant.
