Walk to Braves Stadium, Smyrna Village, major Grocery Stores, Farmer's market, Costco, Cumberland Mall, gyms, coffee houses, golf courses, [REDACTED] 285 and 75; 15 minutes drive from Buckhead or Midtown; 10 minutes drive (or 15 minutes biking) to the Silver Comet trail. Other details: the other room is taken by a long-term male tenant who is a quiet, clean, non-smoking professional with outdoor hobbies and no pets.
