The apartment is fully furnished and ready for you to move in comfortably. You will share the apartment with a friendly Mexican girl. The building has a swimming pool, BBQ area, and gym, all available for you anytime. Great location! • Only 20 minutes to the city by tram (routes 109 or 11) • IGA supermarket on the corner • Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre just 5 minutes walking, with stores like Kmart, IKEA, Chemist Warehouse, and Coles The dates are flexible, so if you need to start a bit earlier or later, we can discuss it.
