I have a private furnished bedroom available in my home in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood in Pineville. I am looking to rent only one of these 2 rooms: 1) Upstairs room: 14.2 ft x 11.8 ft, plus private attached bath with tub and walk-in closet. Pictures attached. $900/month. 2) Downstairs room: 19.5 ft x 13 ft, plus larger walk-in closet and newly added full bath with smart toilet, LED-lit mirror, dimmable vanity lights, and standing shower with natural marble seat. $1100/month. Both rooms are fully furnished with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, dresser, and side tables. Each room has a large window with good natural light and is clean, quiet, and good for a working professional. Both floors have 10 ft ceilings. The home has a modern open floor plan, spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and center island, bright living and dining areas, upstairs laundry, central HVAC, fiber internet, and street parking. Internet is included. Electric, gas, and water bills are additional and shared. The home also has a whole-home water purifier with pre-filter, UV filter, and post-filter.
