The apartment complex (Zip code 37211) is a new built with high ceilings, two gyms, a pool and two club houses. Rent is $850+ shared utilities (~$200). The remaining roommate is a woman in her 30s, very laid back, keeps to herself and very clean. Reach out if interested. No pets allowed.
