Anyone with low credit trying to rent a remodeled home for their family? Private landlord here of a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome located in a community in pecos / flamingo area. Asking for $2000 down payment. Monthly mortgage included with utilities which include w/t/s, security cameras, internet, electricity, landscaping services, pool maintenance $4500.
