Applicant will need to go though a background screening. Gas, water and electric about $75/month each and internet is $20/month each. The total rent is $2,000 so your half would be $1,000/month. Deposit is also $1,000. The landlord does not allow any pets unfortunately. Looking for someone to start a new 1 year lease July 1, 2026.
