- One room is currently occupied by another male. - Utilities and parking are included in the $800 monthly rent. - This is a private bedroom, fully furnished with a desk, full bed, a closet and private bathroom.
- Available now - end of lease is July 31, 2027. - Male occupant only - sorry no females as this is a male-only unit.
