Country estate living … beautiful

we are in AUCKLAND but not in the CBD …we are living in a beautiful safe and cozy 5 bedroom country estate in Wainui. 15min drive to beautiful Orewa beach plenty of hospitality work available there 30min drive to AUT (Northshore) … you would love the privacy of rural living with plenty of space to explore. The room that’s available is the largest room in the house with lots of windows and lots can be furnished with what you need bed desk etc. it’s a large room $(250wk).also a normal sized room ($200wk… That price includes power, internet. We have very good internet here STARLINK … The kitchen is well equip and come with 2 fridge / freezers. The bathrooms are large 1 having a shower and bath downstairs and the other having a shower upstairs. Have laundry washer and dryer and you have full use of all common areas. I work in IT warehousing and media 5 days per week. Keen on getting fit this year so have gym equipment at home. It is a very large home with 2 lounges and lots of outdoor space. Located in a beautiful valley with forest and nature on our doorstep … currently only 3 people living here so lots of privacy if you need it. No neighbours to worry about so very private. Love cooking and learning about food also love the beach and going on walks around the estuary in Orewa. I Have existing flatmates Thea (my daughter) she is a personal trainer F45 gym in Ellerslie and her boyfriend Ashley is a landscaping specialist and me all very happy, positive and friendly and And I do have 2 cats lol which are so loving it’s annoying. We currently have a couple staying from UK and they have been here 8mths and are moving out soon. They are happy to talk to you about the experience they have had staying with us I’m looking for flatmates that are respectful, positive, fun and friendly.
