Unfurnished private bedroom

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease which ends on 30th June, 2026. The private bedroom is located in the basement of the house. You also get a spacious open area outside the room with abundant lighting. This open area can be turned into a private living room or a workout area. The bathroom will be shared with one other person and the kitchen and main living room is shared with all 3 other housemates. There is a washer and currently no dryer but this can be changed soon. The bills range from $70 to $120 depending on the time of the year. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is within 8 to 10 minutes of driving from Wichita State University. It is also within 5 minutes of driving to Walmart, Sam’s Club, Dillons, YMCA and also many other restaurants.
