The apartment is in a gated community, we have a dryer and washer in unit. We are located just south of MCO airport and right off the 417. Disney is about 30 minutes away and universal is about 25 minutes away. I am four twenty friendly and I have a very friendly cat. I would like a security deposit since I just had my current roommate move out suddenly but we can discuss privately. ROOM IS UNFURNISHED.
