Bedroom becoming available in a 2800 sq foot 4 bed 2 bath house. House is close to the intersection of William Cannon and Westgate. Room is 200 Sq feet with shared remodeled bathroom and closets. Room will become available February 23.
Price is $725 with all utility bills included. 1000 MBPS Fiber internet, paper products, household soaps, and cleaning supplies are also included. House is furnished with open living room, kitchen, tv, washer/drier, two refrigerators, large backyard, wood deck, driveway parking, and lots of street parking. Lease is on a month to month basis and can be ended with 60 days prior notice.
There currently 3 rooms occupied. We are looking for an additional male tenant to join. The house stays clean and calm during normal work days, and everyone is very respectful of personal space and belongings. The back yard, deck, and living room are great for hosting social events. New tenants will need to provide proof of income and references. No pets at this time and outside smoking only.
House is close to HEB and Brodie Ln shopping. 12 miles to UT and 25 to Texas State.
