I have a spare bedroom available in my family home.
I am a single mum (33), with shared care of my 2 kids. Room is unfurnished, has a built in wardrobe, aircon and ensuite.
Shared living spaces and pool.
It is a family home so no smoking and no alcohol.
Rent is $300 a week, inclusive of bills. Would like to find someone who will fit into our family dynamic.
