All new linens/towels provided. Free internet, study desk, large closet, tub/shower combo/ double sinks, extra refrigerator, tons of storage, designated street parking, internet/streaming services in a non-smoking home. Home shared with fun couple, a golden retriever named Oliver and 1 other female renter. Share bathroom w/other female renter (double sinks). Full access to 500 sq. ft. kitchen with upgraded stainless appliances, full-sized laundry. No smoking/vaping or drugs, no parties, pets or no sleepovers allowed!
