Year-long lease roommate needed

The lease starts May 19, but you can move in April 19 if needed. The room is unfurnished, has its own bathroom and walk-in closet and is the bigger of the two rooms. The apartment has a couch, a dining room table, chairs, and television as well. it has in unit washer and dryer. I am looking for someone who doesn’t smoke or party. Someone who is respectful, who is a working professional, who’s generally quiet and doesn’t have many guests coming over every week.
