Looking for a for a clean, respectful, easy going roommate to occupy the second bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo. In unit laundry included. The $750 monthly payment covers all utilities. I do not currently have internet. The condo building has 4 units. I work outside the house during the week and spend most weekends and occasional week nights at my girlfriend’s place so much of the time the place will be yours. Street parking is always available. The bedroom is staged with an air mattress not furnished. No pets please.
