Hi! I am looking for a girl to take over my lease at The Easton (previously The Retreat). It is a large townhouse with 3 other girls who are [REDACTED] with. The room is unfurnished, but you have your own bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Rent is $945 plus utilities.
