Ideal roommate or tenant

Hey! I’m Whitney, I’m 39 years young and starting the divorce process and need a home or room to rent. I have two dogs but if need be I will have them stay at our marital home, but would prefer a dog friendly place for atleast my oldest, 13 year old black Labrador Maggie Mae. I do not drink, smoke or do drugs. My credit score fluctuates between 720-780. I am a server but make decent money on paper. I consider myself very friendly, energetic, I am often out and about but also enjoy alone time- I don’t mind helping around the house if it is a roommate situation. I would not trust my cooking abilities though lol.
