Renting a private, furnished room and private bathroom in my 2/2 condo. Looking for a responsible, respectful roommate. The room is 11.5 ft. X 12.5 ft with a closet. Also more storage next to bedroom. Full kitchen access. Very nice, safe, quiet, guarded community with pools, tennis courts and lots of trees and ducks!
As for me, I’m a Christian…pretty laid back and very respectful of others and their privacy. I don’t drink or smoke and I don’t do drama (No smokers or heavy drinkers please). Looking for someone who is clean, respectful and responsible. Looking for 12 Mo. lease min. or $2,000/month for anything less than 12 months.
