Double sink, walk in closet, jacuzzi, and shower, huge living room, kitchen, laundry room. Most kitchen items are included to share. Couch, TV, and washer/dryer have a separate fee (can be negotiated). $880 security deposit, then $820 for monthly rent. To lease at least 1yr at a time. Couple friendly. Or 2 besties friendly! We prefer no dogs or cats!
