DOG FRIENDLY! Room available in San Marcos. Located three and a half miles from CSUSM, half mile from the freeway. Occupied but current roommate moving into girlfriend's house. Huge backyard (gardener included) for your dog to run around and I work from home so don't mind letting them out during the day. House is located at the end of a quite cul-da-sac. Parking in the driveway or curbside. 1k plus utilities. Lease is 1 year and our renewal starts April 1st. Can be available sooner if required. Roommates are currently 3M. All I ask is that we keep the common areas clean. Unfortunately we can not except cats as one of my roommates is highly allergic. I'm a consultant for an IT company. I enjoy attending music festivals, concerts and camping. One of the roommates works as a driver for a local warehouse and another is a restaurant manager. Both of them are avid gamers when not working. We pretty much keep to ourselves unless we are going out to grab tacos or wings. Occasionally gather around the firepit or chill in the living room with a beer to wind down for the day and watch a movie.
