My wife and I are looking to rent out a room in our house starting May 1st. The house is in the Berwick area. 15 min from downtown, from Pooler, etc. The house is 3900 sq ft, completely furnished, inground pool, fenced in yard, 2 car garage, off street parking, etc. The room is private with its own bathroom and fully furnished as well. I am starting a new job in March where I will be traveling quite a bit so I will only be home sporadically. Looking for female, age 21-45, professional, clean, and courteous. No deposit, rent due on move in, no pets.
