I am looking for someone to take over my lease from Campus Park in Duluth MN. I currently have a college dorm from August months. I no longer need it and need a sub-lease person to take it over. The monthly payment is $. I have the “brewer” floor plan. The room is letter B and there is up to 4 other roommates.
