These pics are from before i moved in a few years ago but the bedroom shown is the one that’s available. Decent sized closet in the bedroom. The apartment is the top 2 floors of a townhouse in Duquesne Heights (next to Mt Washington). Rent is $ each per month and utilities with two people living here are another $ each per month.
Free street parking, extremely rare for there to not be a spot within a couple hundred feet of apartment. Laundry is in my room upstairs. 1 bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen has a dishwasher Central A/C. Property management company is good about maintenance requests and rent has been the same through two lease renewals. Neighbors are cool.
