Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my master bedroom in a bath apartment.
✨ The Room:
Spacious master bedroom
Private bathroom inside the room
Unfurnished (I’ll be moving everything out by the end of March).

🏠 The Apartment:
2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms
Shared common areas (living room, kitchen, etc.)

Female roommate will be staying in the other room

📅 Lease Details:
Current lease runs through October 5th.

After that, you and the roommate can decide whether to renew

The apartment complex has a gym, 2 pools, tennis court, basketball court, and a car washing station. It is a nice community.

Rent includes all utilities (internet, electricity, and water).
