Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for a bath duplex just a 5-minute drive from Sac State as my roommate is moving out.

Rent: $/month + utilities & WiFi
Move-in: Around April (exact date TBD)

About the place:
• Washer & dryer in unit
• Covered parking (carport space included)
• Vaulted ceilings
• Hardwood/tile flooring throughout (no carpet)
• Lots of storage space
• Dishwasher
• Small backyard patio
• Pool within complex
• Located in a quiet neighborhood

You’ll have your own private bathroom and can choose between two available bedrooms.

Must be pet-friendly — I have a small dog 🐶
