I’m looking for someone to take over my lease from June (ideally the full year, but I’m flexible if you just need it for the school year!). The apartment is a super cute, cozy, and quiet 3-bedroom right near Main Street — an amazing location close to campus and everything you need. It has beautiful hardwood floors, tons of natural light, and laundry on . You’d be living with two female roommates who will both be seniors at UNH next year — they’re clean, [REDACTED] with. Rent is $/month, with water, sewer, heat, and hot water included; you’d just be responsible for electricity and cable/internet. Parking is available as well. The property is managed by Pendexter.
