I have a room available for someone who studies or works and wants a quiet place to rest. The rent is $ per month and includes electricity, water, and trash removal. You can also use the laundry facilities once a week. Please, no smoking 🚭, alcohol, or drugs inside the house. You are welcome to use these things outside the house.
