Our approximately sq. ft. fully furnished private studio is just a short drive from the UC
Davis campus and within walking distance of two bus lines. The studio is located above a detached garage, separate from our main house, offering privacy and comfort.
The unit includes a kitchenette with cooking essentials, a private shower, and a walk-in closet. Guests are also welcome to enjoy our garden with a variety of fruit trees.
A washer and dryer, as well as bicycles, are available in the garage for guest use. High-speed internet and cable TV through Xfinity are also provided.
