Hey there! My roommate, Terrence, and I are looking for a laid back individual to rent out our 3rd bedroom. We are both very clean and laid back. We both enjoy sports, watching movies, meeting new people and having a good time. He is an IT professional and I am a graduate student. Rent includes all utilities and there is no deposit. We are located in a great area of north Austin off Parmer lane and Anderson Mill road.
