I am looking for someone to rent out my walk out basement. I'm located in Centennial near Southlands mall and only mins from DIA. The basement includes a bedroom, a bath, kitchen, and large living space with a private entrance. The monthly rent is $ and includes all utilities. The room is available right away and I'm looking to get someone in by March 1 at the latest.
